Would give 0 if possible. Have had the same problem for 2 months. Still being told it's a new problem most customers dont have so they need 1 to 3 days to check, well still 2 months later still the same issues still the same 1 to 3 days to check. Has been escalated to priority issue 7 or 8 times and same thing no change. They claim they'll email or call with an update but that hasn't happened either. Have been with them for 8 years but this last 10 months everything has went to complete trash. Me and my 4 lines will be leaving asap
DO NOT GET BOOST. They took my money then would not do anything but go through the same troubleshooting procedures any time I called to resolve the fact that even though the towers in our area were fully functional, the device was not providing internet. I even spoke with and went through troubleshooting with the manufacturer who said the issue is the service provider. But the service provider (Boost) would not resolve the problem. So, we went to a local Boost store who said that this mobile hotspot device is being phased out of the Boost service. I received NO email or message regarding this. Now, I've paid $50 and was only able to use 13 of my 50 GB. No one in customer service will help me to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.

Boost mobile stuck the service is Garbage you pay for fu————- a family plan but can’t get in touch with 611 want even call out it a shame when you have to borrow someone else phone then you ask too speak with the manager and he’s rude as fu—-will be changing my service it’s not worth a 107.00 dollars
I've been with Boost for 4 years and it has allowed me to have an affordable family plan BUT..... I went into my local boost to activate my wifes new 5G phone . Once we got up to the customer service rep and he opened our account, he informed me that my existing family plan was no longer valid and I had to pay to start a new plan. My bill was auto paid a week before and I WAS NOT PRORATED ANY MONEY TOWARDS THE NEW PLAN . The 120 dollars I paid a week before was basically stolen. I had to get new sim cards for all of the phones and was also "surprised" to find out that one of the phones on my plan was not compatible with their new service, so I had to buy another phone. After 4 hours of setup time and forking out over 300 dollars we now have really bad service that drops or doesn't pickup at all . 1 bar of LTE or nothing at all. Loading issues as well and before it was a solid service. I am however going to contact a Lawyer on having to pay with no prorated money towards the already paid monthly bill. The customer service rep was nice and was getting his butt handed to him from other customers about this issue . NOT GOOD AT ALL.
Worst customer service provider - I wonder if the Boost management knows what is going on under their nose.
The online chat CSR told me not to trust the on call CSR and vise versa. When you call Boost CSR different representative will tell you different things. It's like they work for different companies not the same. I am already a customer when I changed my sim plan and call them about the international calls - the CSR told me that I will be only eligible if I get a new sim and call them again to change the sim and I will get that plan. Did that and the customer told me that in the next few hours your new sim will be activated and when you get SMS from us then change sim only. After 24 hours called them and the CSR yelled at me like I was the CSR and he was the customer - I hanged up. Called after 48 hours that what is going on and I was told that there is no activity like that going on my account. I kept on explaining things to on call CSR about the issue and she just kept saying to dial #111# on phone. It is Pathetic and unprofessionalism. On my last 2 calls they just hanged up on me and didn't even bother to call back and also there is no professionalism as I said they don't use the words like pls, sorry and thank you for calling etc.
Two things here,
One at the same time my cousin\my room mate went to do the same thing same time with me and they changed his sim plan at the same time with no issues and no change of sim.
Second, why would we need to change the phone sim when you are already existing customer.

Boost Mobile deserves a ZERO! I have been a customer for years! I bought two phones they lied to me and told me are new! Come to find out, there are refurbished garbage phones that would not work! The iPhone SE would not work at all, not even letting me get to the home screen. The second phone, a Moto G Fast would not hold a charge and people could not hear me! I sent these trash phones back promptly the very same week Boost Mobile sent them to me! They forced me to pay activation fees for these phones, knowing they sent me junk phones! This is FRAUD!
I have been trying for the last nine months to get my money back that Boost Mobile conned me out of!
They knew from the beginning these phones didn't work before they sent them to me. I further let them know as well! Boost Mobile has gone to becoming a trashing company now!!! The salesman lied to me and would do anything to make his sell! They are total scamming trash! STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE!
Then, a supervisor lied and told me she would send prepaid labels! My! What a slap in my face when I had to spend $38.00 to send these garbage cellphones back with my money!!!
Boost Mobile needs to go out of business and stop conning and lying to their customers! I will never do business with them again! They are total trash!!!!
I went to Boost Mobile on South Staples on a Friday night,not only did I get a great deal on Phones,but better service from the staff then I ever have anywhere else????, and would just like to give a special thank you to America ????
I went to boost mobile and bought cell covers and paid with my card and the day i purchased the item it came out and the next day another charge from boost mobile under a different name came out too. i called to complain and did my homework they charge you from to different names from same company.
I purchased a phone at boost store in orange grove,MS
The sales agent assured me I would get service that was my concern .she then tells me if I'm not happy I can bring it back so I did .I get there and she lied to me about the return .all bunch be the boost mobile coorprate number said they should and the boost mobile store said no they are franchised they need get it together so she said only if it's defected do I get a refund so I'm outta 300. Cash I don't know about anyone but I work hard for my money .then the store lost my phone took them day and half to find it then I get it and the screen protector is cracked it's joke the whole company then to tell me that's how they got it no I had the phone 24hours play video when I dropped it off ..but you know the (¥¥¥¥¥) lost it but they took really good care of a phone they lost ok ....not good company crappy service .....

I had to disconnect my service from boost after I was told that my account had no money in it. I had just updated my credit card to ensure that my account was current. i now have no phone service because i didn't trust boost with my credit information. i have no phone service and i have a heart problem hopefully i won't need an ambulance
Boost is probably the worst phone service I ever had right next to sprint. My service 9/10 never works ANYWHERE, I pay for extra data a month for when I’m not connected to wifi and it takes forever and a day to work. I can’t browse with out long loading times and the connection when calling people or people call me is ridiculous. I’m half tempted to switch carriers but there aren’t many that are any better or they are just to expensive. I guess you get what you paid for. I’ve been a boost customer for 5-6 years and I really wish I hadn’t. If I wasn’t paying on a phone every month I would probably just get rid of boost all together. Only good thing about Boost is it’s month to month so there are no late fees. But that’s about it. Hopefully they can get it together because it’s extremely frustrating.
Worst company ever. I will never recommend this company for anyone HORRIBLE SERVICE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took my money for a service I didn’t even use.
